The Missing Pieces

How many masterpieces were surrendered into survival?

How many symphonies were exchanged for silence? How many bright imaginations were forced to carry burdens before they ever discovered they could create?

Art is not a luxury. It is a way of breathing. Without it, the beauties of the world, often enlightened in art’s embrace, becomes nothing but a willowed whisper for the ones who can’t reach it.

Art is evidence that a soul was granted enough space to imagine itself into existence. It is a vital thread in the fabric of our humanity.

It is proof that a person was given the opportunity to express their quiet stories Through a melody. Through a poem. Through movement. Through another character. To express.

And somewhere, beneath the dust and generations of forgotten dreams, a mosaic still mourns its missing pieces. because some of us were never given the chance to become part of the picture.
